A short night's sleep - in bed at 12:30 and up at 6:00.
Mind you, I can't be feeling any worse than Ali - bouncing across the Bay of Biscay on a 70ft boat!
She's far too far from the coast, so no text messages for a while I guess :(
But good news to start the day. MP are now 6th, having passed Seattle and keeping ahead of PSP!
