I woke up to see that Missi had lost some ground on Telemed with Unicef starting to creep up behind.
The update from Skipper Grep, again, was inspirational. He stayed awake all night to lead the night shift, working hard to maintain Missi standing in the rankings.
My day was made though when my phone pinged! It amazes me that, even at 20 miles off shore, a tiny iPhone can connect to the network! Amazing. The contact was all too short.
We're missing each other so much and, although they were text messages, I got the feeling Ali's a little sad today.
I have to say, she's doing something I couldn't do - I am so proud of her and can't wait to hold her tight in Rio.
Before I go and catch up with Bake Off a quick look at Missi and Unicef's positions. Unicef is inching closer!
