So who's idea was it to have a team Curry Night in Wokingham?! - hence the late night blog!
So, after a frustrating start to the day where half the fleet got stuck on the foul tide and light winds, the position now looks better for MP.
The field looks as if Derry-Londonderry-Doire, Garmin and Qingdao are catching GB and LMAX Exchange to make two distinct groups of boats,
MP is almost leading the back pack in 7th positio, just behind Visit Seattle. The trouble with the Clipper tracker is it doesn't show current speed - so you have no idea if they're gaining until the next hourly update.
On a more personal note, I actually got a couple of text messages from Ali - that made my day!
And to top the day off, as I rolled in through the front door at 11:50, there was an engagement card from Steve and Lorraine. Top Guys!
